I went feral in my sixties.

Five careers. Built and lost businesses. Trashed and regained my health. Married, divorced, been heartbroken and raged at life. Now, in my seventies, I’m happy, healthy, working at my highest level and loving everything life throws at me.

I don’t do therapy-speak, toxic positivity or victimhood. I’ve spent thirty years studying how the mind works, alongside a working life spent running real things with real money on the line. The two were never separate. They’re the whole point.

Given up for adoption as a toddler. Found a brother and four sisters later in life. My own story isn’t separate from the work. It’s the raw material.
