I don't do therapy-speak, toxic positivity or victimhood.
I've spent thirty years studying how the mind works, alongside a working life spent running real things with real money on the line. The two were never separate. They're the whole point.

Retrained into financial services, scared myself shitless with how awful the industry was, so set up and built a wealth management firm to £500m under advice over two decades. spent a couple of years running a global headhunting group through the 2008 crash. Interesting times.
A portfolio across fintech, healthcare and asset management. Counsel to chief executives and boards. Good in bad situations: turnarounds, business crises, CEO meltdown.
